Rob manages the HVAC division in Milwaukee, including its collections, billings, monthly goals, and yearly budget. He is responsible for negotiating HVAC sales, estimating plan-spec and design-build projects, as well as scheduling and coordinating project manpower. Rob also oversees the HVAC engineering and CAD departments.
Expertise
Beginning his career with IKM Building Solutions (IKM) in 1987, Rob has over thirty years of industry experience. He started as a CAD Drafter, designing HVAC systems, running heat loss and gain calculations, and providing design drawings for construction and plan review. Rob worked his way up to CAD/Engineering Department Manager and, later, Project Manager.
In 2014, Rob became an Estimating/Engineering Manager, and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2018. He has managed a wide array of HVAC projects and maintained numerous client accounts. Finally, Rob took the position of HVAC Division Manager in January of 2021.
Rob holds an associate degree in HVAC technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College. He is a certified Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau Supervisor, a Wisconsin-registered Designer of HVAC Systems, and a licensed Aboveground Storage Tank Installer.
The Personal Side
In his free time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, camping, as well as coaching youth softball, basketball, and soccer.
