
Construction Division Manager
Rob manages the construction division (HVAC & Plumbing) for IKM across three offices in Wisconsin. He is responsible for executing contracted work, coordinating manpower, project budgeting, engineering assistance, estimating assistance and implementing processes for efficient and quality execution of projects.
Beginning his career with IKM Building Solutions in 1987, Rob has over 35 years of industry experience. He started as a CAD drafter, designing HVAC systems, running heat loss/gain calculations, and providing design drawings for construction and plan review. Rob worked his way up to CAD/Engineering department manager in 1998 and then transitioned to project manager in 2002.
In 2014, Rob became Estimating/Engineering Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2018. He managed a wide array of HVAC projects in both size and difficulty and managed numerous client accounts.
In 2021, Rob became HVAC department manager for the Milwaukee office overseeing all HVAC projects with the help of the project managers and superintendents working for him.
In 2025, Rob became the Construction Division Manager for all three offices of IKM in Wisconsin overseeing all HVAC and plumbing projects performed.
Rob holds an associate degree in HVAC technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College, a Wisconsin registered designer of HVAC Systems and TAB Supervisor for IKM.
In his free time Rob enjoys spending time with his family, camping and golfing.
