Paul oversees the sales, billing, and operations personnel, as well as the overall performance and operation of IKM Building Solutions (IKM). He also provides direction for recruitment and hiring efforts, technical training and assistance, and the firm's budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.

In addition to overseeing and leading the strategic direction of IKM, Paul identifies new business opportunities, directs planning activities, and establishes organizational policies and procedures, while also being responsible for the financial performance of IKM.

Expertise

Bringing over 30 years of experience in the mechanical arena, Paul has held various positions in the mechanical services industry. He began his career as a HVAC/plumber and through dedication and achievement, worked his way to a management position.

Prior to joining IKM, Paul was employed with J.F.A. Company where he managed mechanical opportunities within their Milwaukee operations and was responsible for mechanical sales, estimating, project management, and business development.

Paul completed courses at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and University of Wisconsin -Washington County in mechanical design and small business. Paul is licensed as a master plumber and mechanical design engineer and has also completed certifications for his backflow license, medical gas licenses, wastewater systems, and holds a HVAC refrigeration license.

The Personal Side

Paul enjoys utility terrain vehicles (UTV’s), mountain biking, martial arts, and spending time with his family.
